Description
Odin Face Pendant is a copy of a lead casting master from Ribe Denmark. Odin is the ‘Great Father God’ of Norse mythology. He has two ravens that sit on his shoulder and tell him of the actions of men they observed as they flew across the world. What appears to be horns on his helmet are ravens whispering in his ear.
Odin face pendants were found across Scandinavia. The photo of the original from Ribe Denmark in the gallery is one of the best detailed versions.
